GREENFEED said it is pursuing business growth alongside sustainable social development, with community programs designed to create lasting value. The company’s initiatives focus on supporting rural women to develop livelihoods, improving nutrition for children, and expanding education access for poor students, while raising living standards in local communities.
Since 2010, GREENFEED has partnered with thousands of farming households across 25 provinces nationwide through its “Supporting Farmers” program. The company provides practical support including interest-free loans, breeding stock, animal feed, organic fertilizer, and training in technical skills and financial management. The program aims to help rural residents build productive farming models while strengthening women’s roles in household economic management.
As of 2025, “Supporting Farmers” has provided livestock development funding for 2,990 households. The company said 95% of participating households achieved economic efficiency and made timely repayments. Over the program’s life, it distributed 950 tons of animal feed and 22.5 tons of organic fertilizer, and organized 68 animal husbandry training courses for participating households.
GREENFEED implemented the “Nutritious Meal” program to improve meal quality for children in economically disadvantaged areas, citing the role of nutrition in physical and cognitive development. The program delivers safe, high-quality food from the 3F Plus chain to meals at schools and shelters in the countries and regions where the company operates.
By 2025, the program delivered 410 tons of nutritious food to more than 38,000 children across 40 schools and 21 shelters.
Education is described by GREENFEED as a foundational driver of sustainable development. The company’s initiatives support students from difficult backgrounds through scholarships, learning equipment for schools, and life-skills training programs in multiple localities.
By 2025, GREENFEED had awarded more than 14,100 scholarships and implemented 12 life-skills programs for female secondary school students. In the same year, it also supported learning equipment for two primary schools in Lâm Đồng.
In addition to annual programs, GREENFEED said it works to improve living conditions and basic infrastructure in many localities. The company focuses on access to essential services such as clean water, lighting, and community facilities.
In 2025, GREENFEED installed 113 solar-powered street lights on rural roads in Lâm Đồng and Quảng Trị, and donated 30 water filtration devices to underprivileged households. The company also participated in building charitable houses and multi-purpose gymnasia for students, and repaired cultural houses and public restrooms in certain areas.
GREENFEED said it provides timely support to communities during emergencies such as natural disasters. In 2025, the company donated more than VND 15 billion to support people affected by storms in northern and central regions. Support included post-disaster reconstruction, supply of chicks, animal feed, veterinary medicines, and essential goods. The program is coordinated with local authorities and social organizations in 10 provinces nationwide to help ensure aid reaches the intended recipients.
Beyond domestic relief, GREENFEED also expanded community support to markets where it operates. In 2025, it donated more than VND 550 million to help people in Myanmar recover from an earthquake.
The company also maintains an annual voluntary blood donation program, which it said attracts thousands of employees and resulted in more than 1,900 units of blood donated, contributing to a culture of sharing and goodwill within the company and the community.
