Shareholders at Kafi Securities’ annual general meeting approved a plan to issue 128.75 million shares to raise the company’s charter capital from VND 7,500 billion to VND 8,787.5 billion.
At the ordinary AGM held on April 9, Kafi Securities approved a pretax profit target of VND 1,050 billion, a capital increase to nearly VND 8,800 billion, and preparation for an IPO path in 2026.
The AGM also officially approved Mr. Le Quang Trung’s resignation, with leadership handed over to the new-term Board of Directors.
In 2025, Kafi Securities reported operating revenue of VND 2,842 billion, up 197% year-on-year.
Pre-tax profit reached VND 458 billion, while net profit was VND 364.7 billion. Margin lending activities were a key driver, with outstanding loans of VND 10,720 billion, up 101%.
The company retained its cumulative undistributed after-tax profit of VND 412.4 billion in full.
The AGM approved issuing 128.75 million shares to increase charter capital from VND 7,500 billion to VND 8,787.5 billion.
The new capital will be allocated 70% to margin lending and 30% to proprietary trading.
For its 2026 listing plan, Kafi set a pretax profit target of VND 1,050 billion, up 129%. Total assets are expected to expand to VND 35,000 billion.
The company also intends to pay dividends of up to 12% in cash or stock for 2026.
