The integration links Comelit's video intercom and access infrastructure directly to the Livly platform. Property teams can manage building entry, visitor activity, resident access, and related operational workflows from one connected environment rather than across separate systems. The companies said the approach positions building entry as part of a broader operating workflow rather than as a standalone hardware function.
For property teams, the integration is intended to reduce manual processes that can slow resident onboarding and create administrative burden at the building level. Through property management system integrations, resident data and credentials can be synchronized automatically, enabling new residents to be provisioned in the access system as they are added to the property management platform. The workflow is designed to improve speed, reduce configuration errors, and support more consistent resident directory management across a community.
For residents, the combined experience is centered in the Livly mobile app. Residents can receive visitor calls with live video communication, unlock the door from their smartphone, and share temporary guest access through a familiar mobile interface.
