LPBank provides payroll solutions, cash-flow management, salary disbursement, outsourcing services, financing, and support for enterprises to operate efficiently and expand their financial service offerings.
A bank representative said that for enterprises with large headcounts, monthly payroll is no longer simply a money-transfer activity. It has become a key component of overall financial management, prompting LPBank to launch a comprehensive financial solutions package with payroll at its center as a “connecting point” to help businesses access the bank’s broader financial ecosystem.
Payroll processing through the bank helps reduce errors, improve control, and strengthen information security. Through the LPBank Biz digital platform, businesses can proactively execute payroll, monitor transactions, and reconcile records.
LPBank said enterprises can also benefit from fee policies designed to optimize operating costs. Services such as domestic transfers, receiving money from abroad, online payroll or on-site payroll, account management on LPBank Biz, and account-number-based services are described as free or discounted.
Some popular payment services are integrated on the same platform, including electronic tax payments, 24/7 customs payments, and bill payments.
LPBank highlighted that payroll payments can support intelligent cash-flow management. The services mentioned include centralized cash management, collection and disbursement services, and funding products aimed at optimizing idle funds such as Sinh lời Lộc Phát.
The bank also offers funding solutions tailored to client needs, including loans, guarantees, and trade finance. The package is positioned to help enterprises access favorable financing, meet working-capital requirements quickly, and support production and business activities.
Beyond branch-based banking, LPBank emphasized multi-channel transactions so customers can use banking services anywhere and anytime. The bank also said it continues to develop digital transformation, AI, and automated processes to reduce manual steps and improve financial governance.
LPBank said its comprehensive solution supports employees directly as well. When employees receive salaries through LPBank, they can receive benefits including free ATM card issuance in the first year, no annual fee or free withdrawals within the network, and an off-network withdrawal waiver for the first two years.
Nguyễn Hồng Nhung, an HR specialist in Hanoi, said that using LPBank’s service package helps her access loans at reasonable interest rates to renovate her home, along with utilities that she described as convenient and aligned with real needs.
The bank also noted promotional policies for employees such as free credit-card issuance, no annual fee in the first year, and unsecured consumer loans at competitive rates. It added that international transactions, including transfers to and from overseas, involve waived or reduced fees.
According to data from the State Bank of Vietnam, in 2025 non-cash payments in Vietnam continued to grow strongly, with an approximate 58.86% annual increase in non-cash payment transactions and transaction volumes reaching multiple times GDP. The bank said this reflects a clear digitization trend and that payroll payments via banks—already common—are entering a new phase.
As enterprises increasingly focus on optimizing operations and improving employee experience, the bank representative said payroll is no longer purely administrative. Instead, it functions as a connecting point between corporate financial management and the bank’s service ecosystem. Under this approach, LPBank’s payroll service is positioned to enable convenient salary payments while also opening access to accompanying financial solutions that support operational efficiency and employee welfare in a digitized business environment.

Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise. Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
