Nam A Bank has begun deploying a “Digital Citizen Station,” a model designed to combine online public services, modern financial services, and digital utilities into a single citizen experience ecosystem. The initiative is intended to implement the government’s national digital transformation policy, supporting the development of a digital government, digital society, and digital citizens.
Under the program, residents can access essential services more quickly, conveniently, and transparently. Customers visiting the Digital Citizen Station at Nam A Bank locations—Onebank Celadon (36 Bờ Bao Tân Thắng Street, Son Kỳ Ward, Tân Phú District, Ho Chi Minh City) and at Hoa Binh Water Music Square, CityLand Park Hills, Go Vấp Ward—can conduct Nam A Bank banking transactions with a “one touch” experience. The stations also enable customers to complete online administrative procedures in line with Ministry of Public Security standards and to integrate healthcare solutions for daily needs.
The Digital Citizen Stations at Nam A Bank business sites are built to balance the bank’s modern brand identity with technical standards required by the police sector. The touchpoints are designed around three core criteria: friendly, safe, and modern.
Nam A Bank’s representative said: “The deployment of the Digital Citizen Station has become a connected infrastructure that brings essential services closer to people. By coordinating with authorities, we aim to create convenient, transparent, and reliable access points where citizens can use public services and financial services at the same location. This is not a short-term solution but a long-term direction to help build a sustainable digital ecosystem, in which citizens are at the center and technology plays a foundational role in development.”
The Digital Citizen Stations at the listed locations are pilot operations developed and studied over several months in close collaboration with relevant authorities, Nam A Bank, and the system infrastructure partner GoTrust.
In the next phase, Nam A Bank said it will continue optimizing operations and work with authorities to scale the model to other areas, with a focus on key urban locations. In parallel, Onebank branches and ATMs across Nam A Bank’s network will continue to diversify services, connecting additional financial-public utilities to deliver broader value to the community.
