Nam A Bank, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ho Chi Minh City Police, ward-level authorities in Ho Chi Minh City, and partner GoTrust, inaugurated the Digital Citizen Station at the Onebank Celadon digital transaction point and CityLand Park Hills. The initiative combines online public services, modern financial services, and digital utilities to create an integrated ecosystem for citizen experience.
The Digital Citizen Station is presented as a concrete implementation of the government’s national digital transformation policy, with the goal of supporting digital government, digital society, and digital citizens. Residents can access essential services in a faster, more convenient, and more transparent manner.
From now on, customers visiting the Digital Citizen Station at Onebank Celadon (36 Bờ Bao Tân Thắng Street, Son Kỳ Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City) and at Hoa Binh Water Music Square, CityLand Park Hills, Go Vap Ward can carry out banking transactions provided by Nam A Bank with a single touch. In addition, they can complete online administrative procedures according to the standards of the Ministry of Public Security and access health care solutions—described as essential daily needs—at one modern, accessible location.
The Digital Citizen Station at these locations is a pilot operation studied and developed over several months, in close cooperation with relevant authorities, Nam A Bank, and GoTrust, the infrastructure solution partner.
In the next phase, Nam A Bank said it will continue optimizing operations and coordinating closely with authorities to replicate the model’s meaningful impact across more areas, with a focus on major urban centers.
Separately, Onebank branches and ATMs across Nam A Bank’s network will continue to diversify services, linking more financial-public conveniences to deliver additional value to the community.
