Under Plan No. 254/KH-UBND issued by the People’s Committee of Nghe An Province, the Nghe An Provincial Center for Land Development will auction land use rights in 2026 for 23 plots, covering a total area of about 210,682.98 m2. Of these, 12 plots are carryovers from 2025 with a combined area of 105,982.6 m2, while 11 plots are newly registered with a total area of 104,700.38 m2.
The plots scheduled for auction include multiple land-use types, such as urban residential land, rural residential land, service and commercial land, and non-agricultural production land.
