In 2025, Vinhomes recorded consolidated total assets of 787,900 billion VND. The company’s consolidated net revenue reached 153,271 billion VND, up nearly 50% from the previous year. Notably, after-tax profit reached 43,335 billion VND, up 23.6% and above the target set by shareholders. The main growth driver comes from on-schedule handovers at major projects such as Vinhomes Ocean Park 2-3 and Grand Park, along with record sales of 205,300 billion VND, providing a solid foundation for the next phases. In 2026, the Vinhomes board of directors presented to shareholders a business plan with revenue target of 250,000 billion VND and after-tax profit of 50,000 billion VND. To realize this target, the company will continue implementing mega urban-resort and coastal projects such as Vinhomes Green Paradise (2,870 ha in Ho Chi Minh City) and Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long (over 4,100 ha in Quang Ninh). One notable item is the plan to use 2025 profits to pay cash dividends at a rate of 60% of charter capital, equivalent to about 24,644 billion VND. Additionally, the company plans to pay stock dividends at 100%, meaning a shareholder owning one existing share will receive one additional share. Vinhomes currently has more than 4.1 billion shares outstanding, corresponding to charter capital of 41,074 billion VND. Funds for implementation will come from undistributed post-tax profits carried forward to the end of 2025, totaling more than 202,644 billion VND. Significantly, Vinhomes is preparing for a strategic shift by proposing to shareholders expanding into several new business lines. The additions include the production, transmission, and distribution of electricity, including the operation of electric vehicle charging services. In addition, the company plans to venture into freight and passenger rail transport. At market open on the morning of 1/4, VHM stock rose to the ceiling at 110,200 VND per share with more than 10 million shares on the bid side. This increase pushed Vinhomes’ market capitalization higher by more than $1 billion. Read more
