Vingroup has outlined its 2026 business targets, aiming for revenue of 485,000 billion VND (about 485 trillion VND), up 46% from 2025. Net profit after tax is expected to reach 35,000 billion VND, three times the figure for the same period last year.
At Vingroup’s 2026 annual general meeting on April 22, Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong said the company is implementing V-App 1 and V-App 2.
V-App 1 is designed to support products for customers, customer care, and online commerce. In the initial phase, the application will serve internal business activities, before gradually expanding into an e-commerce platform and a channel for Online-to-Offline (O2O). Vingroup noted that V-App requires substantial data, and cooperation with external partners is intended to support this effort.
By April 30, Vingroup began deploying a Large Language Model (LLM) system to support artificial intelligence “thinking,” data gathering, and analysis.
Vingroup said its 2026 direction will continue to strengthen three business pillars: Technology – Industry, Commerce – Services, and Social Philanthropy. The company also plans to expand into three new areas: Infrastructure, Green Energy, and Culture.
To support its expansion, Vingroup’s board said it will mobilize capital through various financial instruments both domestically and abroad.
