Proprietary trading desks at securities firms posted a net purchase of 1.268 trillion dong on HOSE. After four consecutive sessions of declines, the market’s Monday session on 15 June turned more positive as liquidity improved.
The main VN-Index rose to 1,799.31 points, up 7.66 points (0.43%). Foreign investors net bought about 4,110 billion dong across the market.
On the buying side, TCB was the strongest net buyer, with net purchases of up to 1.026 trillion dong, mainly via the negotiated channel. It was followed by HPG (104 billion), FUEVFVND (46 billion), VHM (40 billion), MSN (29 billion), BSR (26 billion), VNM (25 billion), VPB (14 billion), VCB (12 billion), and VJC (11 billion).
On the selling side, proprietary trading desks recorded the largest net selling in VIC at -92 billion dong, followed by MBB (-29 billion), SSI (-11 billion), CII (-5 billion), and ACB, GMD, and PNJ each at -4 billion. Some other stocks also faced selling pressure, including HSG, CTG, and HHV at -3 billion dong.
