QLQ Leadvisors purchased 60 million VSC shares. Meanwhile, the spouses of a VSC board member have registered to sell shares for the period from 16 April 2026 to 14 May 2026. Accordingly, on 22 April 2026, the fund successfully bought 60 million VSC shares, increasing its holding to 16.03% of capital in Viconship and becoming a large shareholder of VSC. In contrast, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Anh — a board member of Viconship — registered to sell 250,000 VSC shares in the period from 16 April 2026 to 14 May 2026. The purpose of the transaction is to reduce ownership; the method of trading is through matched orders and/or negotiations. During the same period, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan — Phuong Anh’s husband — also registered to sell 18,000 VSC shares by the matched/negotiated method to reduce ownership. If successful, Ms. Phuong Anh and Mr. Anh Tuan will no longer hold any VSC shares. According to the 2025 annual report, VSC reported total revenue of VND 3,205.51 billion, up about 15% from 2024 and up about 15% year-on-year; pretax profit reached VND 681.83 billion, representing 54.55% of the annual plan (VND 1,250 billion) and up nearly 30% from 2024. As of 31 December 2025, VSC owned 29,863,050 shares of Haian Shipping and Handling Joint Stock Company (HAH), accounting for 17.68% of HAH’s capital. It is reported that on 20 May 2026, Viconship will hold its 2026 annual general meeting with many notable items. Accordingly, VSC is expected to present to shareholders the Board of Directors’ 2025 performance and each director; a report on production and business, and investments for 2025 and plans for 2026; a report from the Supervisory Board on the company’s business results, the Board of Directors’ performance, and the CEO’s 2025 performance.
