The assets include: land use rights covering 86,308.9 square meters of land (of which 86,267.5 sqm rural land and 41.4 sqm urban land) under 355 certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land at the address Area C – Residential villa area within the Dak Đoa complex, Tan Bình commune, Dak Đoa district, Gia Lai province (now Dak Đoa commune, Gia Lai province) issued by the Gia Lai Department of Natural Resources and Environment on 09/09/2021. The owner of this real estate is FLC Group Joint Stock Company. The term of use expires on 27/07/2071. The seizure took place from 22/04/2026 to 22/06/2026. Sacombank requests that within 15 days from receipt of this notice, the collateral provider/holder of collateral cooperate to hand over the collateral to Sacombank. The collateral holder/holder of collateral shall move all furniture, equipment and other assets not belonging to the collateral away from the seized asset before the seizure date. In case the debtor, the collateral holder/holder of collateral engages in obstruction, hindering, or disrupting public order, Sacombank will request local authorities to ensure security and order during the asset seizure. Additionally, on 25/03/2026, Sacombank also notified seizure of collateral assets of Đại Tân Steel Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, Long Phat Steel Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, Tran Bien VN Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company.
