Saigontel Technology Joint Stock Company (ticker: SGT) reported consolidated net profit after tax of VND 327.16 billion for 2025, according to its 2026 annual general meeting materials. This figure represents an increase of more than 2.5 times compared with 2024.

Chairman Dang Thanh Tam continued to refrain from taking remuneration in 2025. The company plans to retain all profits to support its investment capital.
For 2026, Saigontel plans to focus resources on energy infrastructure and high-tech projects. The company intends to implement a Port and LNG storage project on 32.4 hectares, with an estimated investment of VND 10 trillion. It also plans to allocate land ranging from 5 to 20 hectares to build a data center ecosystem.
Saigontel said these projects will be developed through technology transfer with partners from the United States and South Korea. The company described this approach as a shift from traditional industrial park development toward an ecosystem of digital infrastructure and green energy.
To prepare capital for large-scale projects, the board proposed a rights issue to existing shareholders at a 1-for-1 ratio to raise an additional VND 1.48 trillion.

For 2026, Saigontel targets pretax profit of VND 500 billion, equal to the prior year’s level. The company said the target reflects management’s focus on building an asset infrastructure base for long-term development.
