SJ Group posted revenue of VND 753 billion, with pre-tax profit reaching VND 453 billion, and plans to issue a 10% stock dividend. According to Ernst & Young audited financial statements, SJ Group Joint Stock Company (ticker SJS) reported net profit after tax of VND 363 billion, with a net profit margin of 48.2% of revenue. The company is focusing on strengthening asset quality. As of the end of 2025, consolidated retained earnings (undistributed) after tax exceeded VND 365.3 billion. Based on this, the company intends to propose to shareholders a 10% stock dividend at the upcoming General Meeting on April 23. The company also plans to increase charter capital from about VND 2,975 billion to over VND 5,272 billion to execute key projects. In 2025, SJ Group accelerated the pace of its key projects. In Nam An Khanh New Town (Vista Nam An Khanh), the company completed 41 villas in the Vista Palma subdivision and began construction of more than 200 villas and townhouses in the Vista Serena and Vista Garden subdivisions. The internal transportation infrastructure, including roads, sidewalks, and lighting in the I, A1B routes and Vista Garden (Phase 1), has been completed. The company also widened A2 (An Thinh) to 36 meters and规划 LK8 into a 50-meter green boulevard. The VICC convention center is now operational, and the electrical system has been handed over to EVN. Low-rise sub-areas within the Vista Nam An Khanh project are being accelerated in construction. In terms of landscaping, SJ Group planted more than 9,200 new trees, built an Ecopath walking route, and installed signage throughout the urban area. In planning, the company signed a contract with SOM to review and adjust the 1/500 master plan and proposed architectural concepts for high-rise buildings HH5, CT3, CT4 at the project center. The unit also cooperated with Perkins Eastman to plan a smart urban project in Tien Xuan. This year, SJ Group aims to complete the Vista Serena and Vista Garden subdivisions and to implement La Vista in the Vista Nam An Khanh project. The company plans to plant an additional 10,000 trees, develop nursery systems, and operate amenities such as a parking lot, the CX100 sports area, and commercial services. SJ Group has been listed on HOSE under ticker SJS since 2006. Unlike many new entrants, the company inherits more than 24 years of development. The company owns strategic land banks including Vista Nam An Khanh in western Hanoi, Van La, Thinh Lang, and Tien Xuan, totaling about 1,200 hectares.
