Due to tax arrears, Doan Thanh Van, the legal representative of Dova Sai Gon Trading and Service Co., Ltd., has announced that her travel abroad will be suspended. The Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department No. 7 issued Notice No. 5220 TB-TCS7 on the enforcement of travel-suspension measures against the company’s legal representative.
The notice applies to Dova Sai Gon Trading and Service Co., Ltd. (Tax code 0318366207), located at B2 Kim Son Residential Area, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. As of April 8, 2026, the company owes tax, penalties, and late-payment charges totaling nearly 3.3 million VND.
The tax authority states that if the company has not fulfilled its tax obligations within 30 days from the date of the notice, travel-suspension measures will be applied against the company’s legal representative in accordance with regulations.
According to the National Portal for Enterprise Registration, Dova Sai Gon Trading and Service Co., Ltd. was licensed to operate on March 22, 2024. The legal representative is Doan Thanh Van, born December 10, 1994. The company’s main registered business activity is wholesale.
The tax authority also notes that, to date, the company no longer operates at its registered address.
