Victory Giant Technology, a major Chinese technology group specializing in research and development and manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCBs), said its revenue from the Vietnam market reached CNY 3.23 billion (about USD 473 million). The increase accounted for about 16.8% of the group’s total revenue in 2025.
In a filing submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), Victory Giant cited Frost & Sullivan and said it currently leads the world in revenue in the PCB segment for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing in the first half of 2025, with a market share of 13.8%.
The company highlighted strong momentum in Vietnam over the past year. Vietnam revenue rose from CNY 1.08 billion in 2024 to CNY 3.23 billion in 2025, meaning it more than tripled. Compared with 2023, when revenue was CNY 559 million, Vietnam revenue has increased sixfold.
Victory Giant said expanding its presence in Vietnam is part of its strategy to strengthen its global distribution network and enhance supply chain resilience.
The company noted that Vietnamese-origin PCBs entering the U.S. market typically face duties of about 10%, compared with up to 35% for similar goods from China. It also said U.S. tariff policy remains volatile.
The company’s Vietnam Plant project, implemented by Victory Giant Technology (Guangdong, China), focuses on research and development, manufacturing and trading of high-precision, multi-layer PCBs, HDI, FPC, and rigid-flex boards. The products are used in areas including AI, large data centers, Industrial Internet, green-energy automotive technology, next-generation communications technology, aerospace, and medical devices.
The project has a total investment of USD 520 million and will be carried out in two phases: Phase 1 from 2024 to 2026 with USD 260 million, and Phase 2 from 2027 to 2030 with USD 260 million.
Based on the company’s initial expectations, upon completion the plant’s total output is expected to reach 4 million square meters of products, with an estimated production value of around USD 900 million. The company said the project is expected to contribute to the development of Vietnam’s high-precision PCB manufacturing.
Separately, Victory Giant also announced the launch of an initial public offering in Hong Kong, aiming to raise up to HKD 17.5 billion (about USD 2.2 billion). The offering is expected to sell 83.35 million shares in Hong Kong at a maximum price of HKD 209.88 per share.
The offering is scheduled to close on Thursday, and the company’s shares are expected to start trading on HKEX from April 21.
