VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company (ticker: VJC) has announced a personnel change. According to Board Resolution No. 36 - 26/VJC-BOA-DEC dated 23 June 2026 regarding the dismissal and appointment of a member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Chu Viet Cuong and Ms. Tran Duong Ngoc Thao will no longer serve as Audit Committee members. They will be replaced by Mr. Philipp Rösler, with the change effective from 23 June 2026. The current Chairman of the Audit Committee is Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan.

news, VietJet also announced the result of a share issuance to pay dividends for 2025. By 17 June, the company had allocated more than 177 million shares to 9,387 shareholders. The remaining 1,773 odd shares arising in the distribution were canceled.
The funds used come from undistributed profits based on the audited consolidated financial statements for 2025. The payout ratio is 30%, meaning shareholders owning 100 shares will receive an additional 30 shares. All of the additional shares are freely transferable and are expected to be delivered in July 2026. After the issuance, VietJet's charter capital rose from 5.916 trillion VND to nearly 7.691 trillion VND.
On business performance, VietJet's revenue in Q1 2026 reached 21,021 billion VND, up 17% year-on-year. Net profit reached 1,023 billion VND, up 59% from Q1 2025 and more than 42% of the profit target set for 2026.
In the first three months of the year, the airline operated about 39,903 flights, up 3.3% year-on-year, serving 7.2 million passengers, up 5%. Freight volume reached 23,344 tons.
