Petrolimex, Vietnam’s largest fuel retailer, said at its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 24 that it is targeting 315,000 billion dong in revenue for 2026, up 2% from 2025. If achieved, the company expects this to be its highest revenue on record.
Petrolimex also forecast consolidated sales of refined petroleum products at 19.4 million tons in 2026, up 10% year over year. The company plans pretax profit of 3,380 billion dong for 2026, down 7% compared with 2025.
For 2025, Petrolimex reported record revenue of about 310,000 billion dong, up 9% from the previous year. Net profit reached approximately 3,038 billion dong, down 4% year over year.
At the upcoming AGM, Petrolimex will present its 2025 profit distribution plan, including a cash dividend payout of 12% (1,200 dong per share), totaling about 1,525 billion dong. The dividend payout ratio for 2026 is expected to be 10%.
Petrolimex said it is pursuing average annual growth in gasoline and diesel volumes of 6–7% over 2026–2030. The company noted that its gasoline-diesel business is directly affected by global oil price movements.
Assuming global oil prices remain within a narrow band and track the average price level of 2021–2025, Petrolimex expects revenue growth in 2026–2030 to average not less than 7% per year. Pretax profit is expected to grow on average 6–7% per year.
On output and demand, Petrolimex said that if the economy develops as the Government directs (with at least 10% growth over the period), domestic sales volume from 2026–2030 will be influenced by several factors, including new infrastructure and policy measures.
Based on these assumptions, Petrolimex targets average annual growth in its petroleum business volume of about 7% for 2026–2030.
