Viettel Construction (Viettel Construction – HoSE: CTR) will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 22, 2026. The company expects shareholders to approve key agenda items that will guide its direction in the next growth phase, including updates to its mission and vision and a large-scale strategy for 2026–2030.
In the 2026–2030 period, Viettel Construction aims to enter the Top 100 Vietnamese revenue-ranked enterprises (VNR500). The company also plans to build an integrated ecosystem across Consulting – Design – Implementation – Operation – Optimization – Investment.
By 2030, Viettel Construction targets revenue of VND 28,790 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 1,315 billion, maintaining two-digit sustainable growth.
Ahead of the AGM, Viettel Construction reported positive results in Q1 2026. Cumulative revenue reached VND 3,839 billion, up 39% year-on-year, while pre-tax profit was nearly VND 189 billion, up 22% year-on-year. The figure is about 25% of the annual plan.
Revenue outside the Group increased 84%, reflecting the effectiveness of the company’s market expansion strategy. Viettel Construction also signed approximately VND 2,200 billion in new deals and launched a series of large-scale projects in construction, energy, and infrastructure.
The Q1 2026 results build on stable growth in 2025, when Viettel Construction reported revenue exceeding VND 14,000 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 746 billion, providing a foundation for its 2026 targets.
For 2026, Viettel Construction plans to intensify investment in renewable energy. The company targets total solar capacity of at least 30 MWp and will research large-scale wind power.
In parallel, it plans to expand its share in the household solar market, rolling out across dozens of communes/wards.
In construction, Viettel Construction aims to cover residential buildings nationwide and increase capacity to participate in large-scale projects, including high-rise buildings, transportation infrastructure, and industrial parks.
Notably, 2026 marks a new step as the company engages in social housing investment, an area described as having strong potential and aligning with sustainable development goals and major government policies.
One of the notable items at the 2026 AGM is the profit distribution plan. Viettel Construction intends to pay more than VND 308.8 billion in dividends for 2025, corresponding to a 27% payout ratio.
The dividend includes 15% in cash and 12% in shares. The company plans to issue over 13.7 million shares to pay dividends, returning to the share dividend method after four years, while aiming to ensure shareholder benefits and strengthen resources for the next growth phase.
The 2026 annual General Meeting will be held both in person and online, designed to maximize shareholder participation and voting rights.
With a solid growth foundation, a clearer strategy, and continued expansion steps, Viettel Construction is entering a new development phase, aiming not only to maintain high growth but also to reinforce its role as a leading enterprise in Vietnam’s infrastructure, construction, and energy sectors.
