In its 2025 annual report, Vingroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong said the group has prepared a “breakthrough” development strategy with clear objectives and a structured, rigorous implementation roadmap. He noted that the road ahead remains challenging, but Vingroup remains committed to the targets set, emphasizing the group’s approach of decisive, flexible and creative action, including the willingness to transform to overcome difficulties.
Vuong said that as Vietnam enters a new development phase, Vingroup is actively expanding its business pillars to demonstrate leadership and national responsibility. He added that the group aims to contribute to accelerating the country’s growth in the new era, supported by a sustainable investment–development strategy.
Vingroup’s strategy is oriented around six pillars: Technology and Industry, Commercial and Services, Infrastructure, Green Energy, Culture and Social Welfare. The group said it will continue to innovate to build a green, high-end product-and-service ecosystem, with the goal of improving living standards and raising the Vietnamese brand to an international level.
In 2025, Vingroup reiterated its role as a leading private enterprise, highlighting 18 projects started and completed across key areas. The group said it completed and put into operation the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in August 2025.
Vingroup described VEC as the largest expo complex in Southeast Asia, built in a record 10 months. It features the world’s largest steel dome, which the group said helps strengthen Vietnam’s capacity to host large-scale events.
Vingroup also said it officially expanded into three new pillars in 2025—Infrastructure, Green Energy and Culture—describing them as foundational to national competitiveness and as a basis for sustainable growth in the next development phase.
In real estate, Vinhomes recorded sales revenue of 183,000 billion dong, described as the highest in the company’s history.
In the industrial sector, VinFast reported strong growth, delivering nearly 200,000 electric vehicles worldwide, including more than 175,000 in the Vietnamese market. Vingroup said the VF3, VF5, VF6 and Limo Green models were among the best-sellers.
Vingroup added that VinFast maintained 15 consecutive months at the top of the domestic auto market, raising its market share to over 30%. The group also said the Green product line—particularly Limo Green—showed a clear breakout during the year.
In tourism and hospitality, Vinpearl reported positive growth, with hotel room nights sold rising 21% to nearly 2.3 million nights. Vingroup said the number of visitors to VinWonders theme parks increased 17% to 9.1 million visits.
Vingroup reported that its consolidated revenue for 2025 reached 331.8 trillion dong, up 76% year over year. After-tax profit reached 11.1 trillion dong, exceeding the plan set by the General Meeting of shareholders.
On the stock market, Vingroup said VIC shares surged, lifting the group’s market capitalization above 1 quadrillion dong, reflecting investor confidence in its long-term strategy.
Vingroup also noted that in the same year, Vinpearl’s listing opened access to new capital and elevated governance, aligning with Western corporate governance standards for public companies.
