ACB Bank (Asia Commercial Bank) said it was among the banks that partnered with Visa to introduce a payment solution for the business community on a digital platform at the Meta Growth Summit, the first edition of the event in Vietnam that brought together nearly 1,000 brands and media entities leveraging Meta’s ecosystem.
At the event, ACB introduced the ACB Visa advertising card and Global Pay, described as a cross-border business receivables solution set. The bank said the offerings are designed to help enterprises pay for advertising and manage international cash flow.
During the introduction of the ACB Visa advertising card, attendees—including agencies, individual clients, and businesses running their own ads—showed interest in optimizing costs across platforms, particularly Facebook. ACB cited transaction fees of 1% for VND transactions and 1.5% for foreign currency transactions.
The bank said customers can issue multiple cards to separate budgets by campaign, improving spending control and making reconciliation clearer at each stage of deployment. It also said the card is designed to meet advertising spend needs with suitable limits, transparent statements, fast card issuance, and the ability to provide separate BINs for high-demand clients. ACB added that an advertising-experienced support team is available to address payment issues promptly to reduce disruptions to campaigns.
ACB said many individuals and digital businesses face challenges not only in spending, but also in receiving and managing international cash flow. It noted that inbound cash often comes from abroad, yet receiving funds may rely on intermediaries rather than formal banking solutions, which can lead to longer processing times and less active control over cash flow.
ACB announced plans to launch Global Pay to standardize cross-border receipt processes with transparency and compliance. The bank said customers can receive business funds from international sources through local accounts in four currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD. By using local account details and domestic payment networks, ACB said processing can be faster—reducing timelines from days to hours.
ACB said Global Pay is intended to connect with more than 100 international platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Upwork, YouTube, Google, and App Store, enabling users to receive money directly from global income sources.
Once funds arrive, ACB said customers can monitor cash flow status and balances in real time via the ACB ONE app. It also said customers can choose to withdraw money at ACB branches and nationwide transaction rooms.
ACB said its Global Pay development direction reflects how domestic banks are gradually improving service ecosystems for the digital business community—supporting not only advertising spending, but also more active and flexible management of cross-border cash flow.
The bank said its presence at the Meta Growth Summit highlights how financial institutions are integrating into the operational needs of businesses in the digital environment, building a broader set of solutions for the MMO community, advertisers, and business customers on the digital platform.
