Song Hy International previously belonged to Thuduc House (TDH, HOSE), then Le Phong Group and Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong (former Coteccons chairman) bought it, and ownership has now shifted to Bcons. According to sources, Song Hy International announced a new owner in mid‑April. In April 2021 the company maintained charter capital at VND 790 billion; ownership structure then had Bui Nguyen Phong at 99.672% and Tran Thi Ha (director and legal representative) at 0.328%. Shortly after, Nguyen Ba Duong (founder and former Coteccons chairman) took a 50% stake, with Phong reducing to 49.627% and Ha remaining at 0.328%. In May 2025, the ownership structure showed Le Phong Investment and Development Co., Ltd. at 49.627%, Nguyen Ba Duong at 50%, Ha at 0.328%. Ha served as director and legal representative. In August 2025, the list of members included CTCP Đầu tư Xây dựng Bcons (Bcons Group) at 5%, Le Phong at 47.189%, Duong at 47.5%, Ha at 0.311%. By October of the same year, Bcons increased its stake to 60%, Le Phong fell to 19.869%, Duong to 20%, Ha to 0.131%. At year end Ha no longer served as director or legal representative of Song Hy International. After the acquisition by Bcons, the project was renamed Bcons New Sky, with 1,632 units planned.
