After nearly three months of implementation, the promotional program “Xuân đắc lộc – Vui quay trúng lớn” launched by BIDV MetLife officially closed with a live prize draw that attracted broad customer interest. The program ran from January 2, 2026 to March 31, 2026 as a year-start customer appreciation activity, while also encouraging participants to keep their insurance contracts up to date.
“Xuân đắc lộc – Vui quay trúng lớn” was among the largest prize-draw schemes from the company for renewing customers, with total prize value of more than 431 million đồng. The program used a two-stage draw mechanism intended to increase winning chances throughout the deployment.
Participation was linked directly to the premium payment process. Customers accumulated entry codes based on the actual premium collected, helping them track their participation and reinforcing the connection between insurance benefits and added value.
The live-stream announcing the results on April 10, 2026 drew participation from BIDV and BIDV MetLife representatives, along with guests and spectators watching live. On the BIDV side, Chu Hồng Nhung, Head of the Bancassurance Channel, attended; on the BIDV MetLife side, Elena Butarova, Senior Vice President of MetLife for the Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nepal and Vietnam region, and the General Director of BIDV MetLife, attended.
Prizes were determined in sequence during the public draw under regulatory oversight to ensure fairness for participants. The First Prize went to a customer who won PNJ 10 gold rings. The two Second Prizes were high-end technology products: iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB. There were also five Third Prizes, each a PNJ gold ring.
At the event, Elena Butarova, CEO of BIDV MetLife, said the company remains committed to a long-term partnership with customers in protection and building a sustainable financial foundation. She noted that with the mission of helping Vietnamese families create “A life worth living,” BIDV MetLife provides insurance solutions while aiming to give customers peace of mind to enjoy life more fully.
In 2025, BIDV MetLife recorded more than 118,000 customers, with insurance revenue of over 2,137 billion đồng, up nearly 30% year-over-year. The company also paid more than 121 billion đồng in insurance benefits to over 22,000 cases, reflecting continued payout stability and loyalty among existing customers—seen as a foundation for strengthening customer care and engagement in 2026.
Alongside the renewing-customer prize draw, BIDV MetLife also launched the promotion “Maintain peace of mind, receive connected gifts” for customers restoring policy effectiveness in the first half of 2026. Under the program, lapsed policies can be reinstated from April to June 2026 with support up to 2 million đồng, depending on the duration of the lapse and the premium paid by each customer.
The company said it will continue programs encouraging timely renewal premium payments, tailoring policies for different customer groups to ensure continuous and stable protection.
In a market with growing competition in the insurance sector, gratitude-driven, transparent, and value-based activities are presented as key factors to sustain trust and customer loyalty.

Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise. Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
