On May 11, 2026, in Hanoi, BIM Group and AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement to develop the AEON MALL Da Nang Hoa Xuan project. The event marks the next milestone in more than a decade of cooperation between the two sides, following the success of the AEON MALL Ha Dong project in Hanoi.
The AEON MALL Da Nang Hoa Xuan project covers about 101,800 square meters of land, with a gross floor area of about 126,740 square meters. The estimated investment is about VND 4,381 billion (approximately USD 192.5 million). The development is located in Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City, at the southern gateway of the city, an area planned to evolve into a new urban hub supported by strong urbanization and infrastructure investment.
In the context of Da Nang strengthening its role as an economic, service and innovation hub for central Vietnam, a large-scale shopping center developed and operated to international standards is expected to support urban utilities, boost commercial and service activity, and improve the local community’s living experience.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Doan Quoc Huy, Chairman and CEO of BIM Group, said: “Over more than a decade, BIM Group and AEONMALL Vietnam have built a solid cooperative relationship on trust, long-term vision, and shared values. The success of AEON MALL Ha Dong is evidence of what the two parties can create together when there is consensus not only on commerce, but also on strategy and the culture of cooperation.”
He added that the AEON MALL Da Nang Hoa Xuan project “will not only be a shopping center, but also a meaningful component in Da Nang's urban space, bringing more experiences, services, jobs and community meeting points.”
From the AEONMALL Vietnam side, CEO Isobe Daisuke also praised BIM Group’s development capabilities and the spirit of cooperation and professional collaboration. Building on the partnership established from the Ha Dong project, AEONMALL Vietnam believes AEON MALL Da Nang Hoa Xuan will become a modern destination for shopping, entertainment and experiences in Da Nang, contributing to elevating the city’s appearance and raising living standards for the local community.
Over more than 30 years of development, BIM Group has been recognized for its ability to partner with international brands to shape key components in large urban, resort and commercial destinations. The company’s approach, continued by BIM Land at new sites—including Thanh Phu Centre Point, described as a new commercial hub on the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City—reflects a focus on building sustainable real estate ecosystems rather than only product development.
