Dominion Lending Centres Inc. (TSX: DLCG) (“DLC Group” or the “Corporation”), a Canadian franchisor of mortgage professionals and owner of Newton Connectivity Systems, said seven director nominees were elected at its annual general meeting of shareholders.
The Corporation reported the following results for the seven director nominees, including votes for and votes withheld:
