On April 3, 2026, in Ninh Bình, EVF Joint Stock Company (EVF), the Electricity Power General Finance, held its 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders. Despite ongoing volatility in financial markets and intensified competition, EVF reported 2025 results with pre-tax profit above 1,000 billion VND. The company said the performance strengthened its financial foundation, risk controls, and asset quality while ensuring safety indicators for a proactive start to 2026.
A notable highlight was EVF’s first allocation of a Social Responsibility Fund. The fund was formed from 2025 performance bonuses approved by the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and Executive Management. It is intended to support community initiatives and sustainable development.
EVF also approved its 2026 business plan, setting a target pre-tax profit above 1,325 billion VND. The plan emphasizes selective growth in core areas, improving capital efficiency, and maintaining strict credit quality.
The company said it will continue strengthening risk governance toward international standards, enhance financial capacity, and diversify funding. Digital transformation was identified as a key pillar to improve operations and customer experience, while laying the groundwork for long-term sustainable growth.
