Grab Vietnam has launched the “Quán Tốt Bụng” campaign, running until June 15, 2026, to support Grab drivers nationwide during the hot season. The initiative, carried out in collaboration with merchant partners, will set up about 1,500 relief points to provide free cold water, towels, and other amenities to help ease drivers’ hardship in high temperatures.
Under the campaign, merchant partners will place water containers in front of their shops and continually replenish cold water and towels throughout the program. This allows drivers to stop for a drink or take a short rest, helping them continue their journeys more comfortably and safely.
Ms. Le Thi Quyen, a representative of Com Tho Anh Nguyen, said: “I find the program very practical and meaningful, especially in days with hot weather. Although only a few days since launch, the shop has welcomed many drivers to take cold water and towels; everyone is very happy and excited. We are also continuing to set up more relief points at other facilities to support more drivers.”
Grab will also recognize and honor partner merchants that contribute positively to implementing the campaign. In parallel, Grab will run online engagement activities to encourage users and partners to share meaningful stories during the program. Notable stories will be disseminated on Grab’s official channels and may receive attractive gifts.
