Hai Phong City’s People’s Committee has approved the investment policy for a road project connecting Ho Sen Street to the Quan Mau junction (Lach Tray Street), including a Quan Mau roundabout. The project is planned to be 640 meters long, with total investment of over VND 1.244 billion, funded from the city budget.
The project will build the road from Ho Sen Street to the Quan Mau junction and upgrade the surrounding area in Le Chan ward. The investor is the Hai Phong Project Management Board for Transportation Construction.
According to the approved plan, the project aims to complete a synchronized transport system, form a cross-area trunk road, and connect to the vertical routes of Ho Sen and Lach Tray. Once completed, it is expected to support urban modernization in the densely populated area and promote socio-economic development in Le Chan and Ngô Quyền (now Le Chan and Gia Vien) wards, as well as across Hai Phong under the national Type-1 city criteria.

The project includes a new road from Ho Sen to the trunk road of the ICC urban area. The road is 640 meters long, designed as a four-lane route with a 25-meter-wide roadbed. A Quan Mau interchange will be built in a rotary form.
In addition, the project will construct technical infrastructure for drainage, traffic safety, greenery, and street lighting.
