HAUS Da Lat has won four awards at the International Property Awards 2026, an awards system commonly described as the Oscars of the real estate industry. The IPA announced HAUS Da Lat’s victory in four categories at the national round in Vietnam. Notably, two major categories will continue to represent Vietnam in the Asia-Pacific region at the next stage. The International Property Awards (IPA) is a long-standing, prestigious global awards program in real estate, established in 1995. Dubbed the Oscars of real estate, IPA honors outstanding developers, architects, interior designers, and real estate agencies from across Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Sasha Park, Global Marketing Communications Director of HAUS, accepted four awards at International Property Awards 2026. HAUS Da Lat’s project includes 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions and comprises long-term ownership, a shopping mall, and a five-star InterContinental resort complex. HAUS Da Lat is developed by The One Destination, a pioneer in ESG-focused real estate in Vietnam, with projects and land banks across the country; HAUS Da Lat sits on 5 hectares facing Xuan Huong Lake, a landmark of Da Lat. The project includes 68 Sky Villas and Sky Mansions with long-term ownership, a retail center, and a five-star InterContinental HAUS Da Lat. The appearance of InterContinental HAUS Da Lat marks a milestone for Da Lat to be awakened by an international five-star resort brand. The project features a landscaped park with hundreds of evergreen trees to be planted and preserved, and is expected to open in Q3 2026, with HAUS Residences to be handed over by late 2027. HAUS Da Lat is located in a prime position opposite Xuan Huong Lake. The development has attracted international partners, including Kengo Kuma and Associates for architecture and landscape design; Isometrix Lighting & Design for lighting; 1508 London for installation art; Chiva-Som for wellness; and Copper Beech for operations, among others. With the IPA win, HAUS Da Lat reinforces its strategy of high-end real estate development anchored in ESG, heritage, art, and sustainable living experiences.
