During the week of 11-17 April 2026, three provinces issued investment calls for five projects with total capital of nearly VND 7.7 trillion. The pipeline includes two urban development projects valued at almost VND 6.4 trillion in An Giang and Dien Bien.
The Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee announced it is preparing to invite interested parties to invest in constructing a Sports Complex in Văn Môn commune. The project covers more than 9.6 hectares with total investment of over VND 286 billion.
The complex includes a competition stadium with a capacity of about 12,000, along with a three-story administrative and service building. It also comprises a covered parking facility and a guardhouse.
According to the plan, the project is expected to be completed and put into operation within 24 months from the date the land is leased to the investor.
The An Giang Department of Finance called for investment in two projects.
The project is located in Long Xuyên City (now Văn Xuyên Ward) on an area of over 37 hectares, with total investment near VND 4,639 billion. Implementation is expected to take 60 months from the date the investor is selected.
The department also plans to invite investment in a rest stop business at Km22+300, Component 1 of the Chau Doc – Can Tho – Soc Trang expressway (Phase 1), located in Châu Phú commune. Total investment is near VND 358 billion.
Construction is expected to take about 15 months from the contract signing between the competent state agency and the winning bidder.
The Dien Bien Province Department of Finance introduced two investment calls.
The Dien Bien Education Complex is planned for Dien Bien Phủ Ward and is designed to accommodate over 6,000 students per year, with around 500 instructors, teachers, and staff. The project covers 10.57 hectares, including 10.3 hectares of paddy land, 0.1 hectare of road land, and 0.21 hectare of irrigation land.
Total investment is near VND 649 billion. Completion and operation are planned within eight years.
In addition, the province invited interest in a mixed-use urban, commercial, tourism, service and golf facility in Huổi Phạ and surrounding area. The project covers more than 108.8 hectares with total investment over VND 1,757 billion.
The commercial housing area spans nearly 4 hectares for housing or villas built in shell-and-core form, with external finishing designed to emphasize landscape and architectural coherence. The social housing area is 1 hectare.
The tourism and golf service area covers 5.12 hectares, including an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, and practice areas on a 52.30-hectare land plot. The remaining land includes roads, infrastructure, greenery and public spaces, parking, streams, and canals, developed in line with the approved plan.
Construction is scheduled over five years from the date land is allocated/leased and land-use rights are granted. The investor is required to complete the golf course within no more than 12 months.
