On 12 April 2026, Khai Hoan Land (HOSE: KHG) officially opened the Sales Gallery and a master plan model for Khai Hoan Imperial on National Route 13 in Thuận Giao Ward. The event introduced an experiential space and is intended to bring the project’s “Bespoke” living standards closer to customers and investors, attracting partners, distributors, and interested buyers from early hours.
Khai Hoan Land said the activity aims to help partners, distributors, and customers better understand the development philosophy and product positioning of Khai Hoan Imperial in a real estate market that increasingly demands higher product quality.
Located on the frontage of National Route 13 opposite AEON Mall Binh Duong Canary, the Khai Hoan Imperial Sales Gallery is designed as an “experience touchpoint,” reflecting the project’s expected future face and vitality. The complex covers nearly 2,000 m2, including a ground floor and two mezzanines, combining contemporary aesthetics with a neo-classic concept.
The gallery uses premium materials and detailed layouts to create a premium sense of space. A master plan model is positioned as the central focal point, reproducing the project’s master plan, including multi-level amenities, spatial organization, and internal landscaping. A regional connectivity map is also displayed to help customers visualize the project’s promised luxury and distinctive living standard.
Khai Hoan Land also pointed to progress at Khai Hoan Prime, a resort-style riverfront enclave developed by the company. The project has met conditions for signing sale contracts, and construction progress has reached level 20 across all three towers. The Vinci tower is scheduled to top out in July 2026.
The company said these milestones demonstrate tangible value and reflect its execution capability and ability to implement its project development strategy in the next phase, supporting market confidence.
Over the next three years, Khai Hoan Land plans to bring to market around 20,000 units across core product lines including apartments, villas, and shophouses. In Q2 2026, it expects to introduce around 4,000 units, concentrated in Thuận Giao and Ho Chi Minh City, with Khai Hoan Imperial as the starting point.
Khai Hoan Imperial is positioned as a Bespoke luxury residential complex targeting a community of professionals, researchers, and highly educated residents in the northeast of Ho Chi Minh City. The project is located on widened National Route 13 (60m), facing Metro Line 2 (Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot). It also benefits from infrastructure projects including Ring Road 3 and the Ho Chi Minh City – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh expressway.
In addition to an international-standard ecosystem such as Singapore International School, AEON Mall Binh Duong Canary, Lotte Mart, Hanh Phuc International Hospital, Becamex International Hospital, and Song Be golf course, Khai Hoan Imperial includes multi-level internal amenities. These comprise a Center of Excellence Park, Knowledge Plaza, five-star resort-style pools with Mediterranean design, a Roman-style infinity pool, a gym and fitness center, a spa, a multimedia creation studio, a Virtual Golf training room, a library, and other facilities.
According to a Khai Hoan Land representative, two Bespoke sample apartments will be officially launched within the Sales Gallery in April. The company said the move continues to enhance the customer experience and serves as evidence of its investment in creating luxurious, sophisticated, and distinctive living spaces for future owners, aligned with the philosophy “Excellence in every home.”
