FPT Retail (FRT) reported Q1 2026 results with consolidated revenue of 15,117 billion VND, up 30% year-on-year and equivalent to 25% of the annual plan. Pre-tax profit reached 472 billion VND, completing 30% of the 2026 plan. Online revenue rose to 2,485 billion VND, up 16% year-on-year.
The company said the performance reflects steady growth across its two core businesses—health care services and technology retail—supported by operating optimization and improvements in growth quality amid a business environment still affected by geopolitical and global trade policy fluctuations.
Long Châu remained a key growth driver in Q1 2026. The pharmacy chain recorded revenue of 10,343 billion VND, up 28% year-on-year and reaching 25% of the annual plan. Average revenue per pharmacy per month stood at 1.3 billion VND, modestly higher than in 2025, indicating stable performance while expanding nationwide beyond central areas.
As of end-March 2026, Long Châu operated 2,517 pharmacies and 228 vaccination centers, continuing its nationwide expansion to improve access to health care services.
In addition to increasing scale, Long Châu said it continues to apply technology to optimize operating costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. The company also committed to not raising prices on essential goods and to proactively coordinate with manufacturers to stabilize input costs, contributing to supply security and price stability for consumers.
During Q1 2026, FPT Long Châu strengthened professional capacity and promoted proactive health care in the community. The company established a long-term partnership with Pasteur Institute Ho Chi Minh City to deploy disease-prevention programs, screening, and health awareness, while enhancing professional connectivity, training, and technology adoption in operations.
Long Châu also cooperated with health care partners to implement stroke risk screening and hypertension screening nationwide, supporting early detection of health risks and encouraging proactive health care. In addition, the community program Long Châu Sẻ Chia was named Health & Wellness Initiative of the Year at the Healthcare Asia Pharma Awards 2026. The company said this is the second consecutive year the Long Châu pharmacy and vaccination network has received recognition in Asia.
FPT Shop reported Q1 revenue of 4,815 billion VND, up 31% year-on-year and equivalent to 26% of the 2026 plan. Average revenue per store reached 2.6 billion VND per month, up more than 30% year-on-year.
The company attributed the results to strong demand during the Tet holiday and contributions from newly launched technology products. FPT Shop said it continued to leverage new consumer trends to drive growth, with positive demand in business devices and smart devices.
During the period, FPT Shop launched the AI-enabled FPT Mobile service to combat fraud, expanding its digital services ecosystem and improving user experience. The electronics and home appliance segment also continued to grow, with the revenue mix shifting toward larger electronics products.
FPT Retail said the Q1 results provide a positive foundation for meeting 2026 business goals. In subsequent quarters, the company plans to monitor macro-economic developments, trade policies, and consumption trends to operate flexibly, while intensifying technology initiatives, optimizing operations, and enhancing growth across the system.
