Several Vietnamese listed companies have filed or released materials ahead of their 2026 annual general meetings (AGMs), proposing changes to boards of directors and supervisory boards, as well as executive leadership appointments.
Khang Dien House Investment and Business Joint Stock Company (ticker: KDH) has submitted additional documents for its 2026 AGM of shareholders, scheduled for April 22 in Ho Chi Minh City. The filings disclose candidate appointments including:
Mr. Khoi has worked at Khang Dien for multiple years. From February 2021 to present, he has served as Deputy General Director of Khang Dien.
Ms. Khanh currently serves as Head of Internal Governance, responsible for legal affairs at Sapphire Real Estate Investment and Business Co., Ltd.
