NRC Group previously approved extending the time to hold the 2026 AGM to no later than June 30, 2026, to finalize the contents to be presented at the meeting.
According to NRC Group’s consolidated Q1 2026 financial statements, the company recorded net revenue of over VND 17 billion, up 146.4% year-on-year. Net profit after tax reached nearly VND 6.6 billion, up 9.9 times compared with the same period last year.
NRC Group attributed the strong net profit growth to higher revenue from financial activities during the period, which contributed to improved results. The company also reviewed and re-evaluated accounts receivable, reversing part of the allowance for impairment of receivables. This reduced costs and increased the company’s profit.
As of March 31, 2026, NRC Group’s total assets increased by 5.7% from the beginning of the year to over VND 2,082.6 billion. Long-term receivables accounted for 78.7% of total assets, at over VND 1,640 billion.
On the liabilities side, total liabilities were nearly VND 809.1 billion, up by more than VND 6 billion from the start of the year. Borrowings and financial lease obligations totaled nearly VND 269 billion, representing 33.2% of total liabilities.
NRC Group is the new name for Danh Khoi Group.
