The project is located on a site larger than 8,500 square meters and comprises two towers set atop a commercial and services podium. The total commercial area is about 19,990 square meters, distributed over seven above-ground floors and six basements.
Retail space is positioned for a luxury segment, with a focus on luxury brands, selective services, and international cuisine.
An underground connection links the basement directly to Ben Thanh Station on Metro Line 1 via an underground concourse. The design is intended to strengthen the project’s integration with Ho Chi Minh City’s public transport network and improve connectivity in the central area.
Situated in the core of Ho Chi Minh City’s historic and commercial center, One Central Saigon aims to become a new flagship for high-end retail, lodging, and services. The project draws inspiration from the Eastern cultural symbol “Song Long ngậm ngọc,” associated with prosperity and strength. Architecturally, the two towers are designed to rise and converge around a central point to create a modern presence while preserving Vietnamese identity.
One Central Saigon is planned as a multi-functional complex, including A+ office space, The Ritz-Carlton Saigon hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences Saigon. The development targets high-net-worth clients, international professionals, and business executives.
