On May 11, PTSC Quảng Ngãi Petroleum Services Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quảng Ngãi, PQN) received a resignation letter from Mr. Trịnh Lương Một, dated May 11, 2026. In the letter, Mr. Một requested to resign from his position as Chief Accountant/Head of the Finance and Accounting Department of PTSC Quảng Ngãi. He asked the Board of Directors and the company’s management to consider and approve his resignation, and to assign him to the position of Accounting Expert or another professional role that fits the company’s needs and his capabilities.
Mr. Trịnh Lương Một holds a Master of Economic Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and an Associate Degree in Accounting. He was first appointed as Chief Accountant in October 2014 and was reappointed in November 2017.
A few days earlier, on May 8, PQN also received a resignation from Ms. Hồ Thị Kim Ánh from the roles of Controller and Head of the Supervisory Board of PTSC Quảng Ngãi.
PTSC Quảng Ngãi was established after Dung Quất – Quảng Ngãi was selected as the site for Vietnam’s first refinery. The company operates in port and logistics, tugboats and offshore support vessels, mechanical fabrication, construction of industrial facilities, and maintenance and repair.
In Q1 2026, PQN reported net revenue of over 422 billion VND, up 2.8 times year-on-year. After-tax profit was over 8.4 billion VND, up 2.3 times compared with Q1 2025.
