ROX Group said it is partnering with academic arts initiatives, viewing the experience of the mind as a way to increase urban value and strengthen the service ecosystem. The company pointed to strong demand in Hanoi, where three performances by the Russian State Ballet at Hoan Kiem Theater at the end of March were sold out.
ROX Group noted that recent programs of classical music, ballet, and opera have also recorded steady attendance. A company representative said Hanoi audiences have been actively engaging with the arts, showing interest in performance quality, venue spaces, and the artists themselves.
The representative added that the public is willing to pay for high-quality cultural experiences, which the company said can broaden development potential for the urban arts services market.
In this context, ROX Group said some companies are widening their approach by integrating cultural elements into development strategies rather than focusing only on core products or services. Artistic activities, the company said, are increasingly becoming part of the experiential ecosystem that businesses build.
ROX Group is pursuing this direction by partnering with concert, ballet, and opera programs in Hanoi during 2025–2026, with the aim of expanding public access to scholarly arts.
From a business perspective, ROX Group described cultural investment as tied to boosting the product-and-service ecosystem. It said that when lived experiences influence consumer decisions, factors such as cultural spaces, artistic activities, and a resident community with shared interests can begin to affect customer choices.
Over the longer term, the company said integrating arts and business could have spillover effects into tourism, services, and the creative industries.
“When cultural activities become part of daily life, they help shape a more diverse living environment and open up additional development opportunities for the urban economy,” ROX Group's representative emphasized.
