Hoang Quan Real Estate and Trading Services Joint Stock Company (HQC) announced changes in two senior executives ahead of its 2026 annual general meeting: it received a resignation letter from Tran Anh Tuan as a member of HQC's board of directors and a resignation from Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy as a member of the Supervisory Board, citing lack of eligibility and time to continue in their roles. Hoang Quan Real Estate Advisory and Trading Services Company has changes in two senior executives. Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, 42, with a mechanical engineering degree, was appointed to HQC's board in early June 2024. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Nam Quan Investment Joint Stock Company, and a member of the Board of Members at Peace Consulting - Trading - Services LLC. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, 58, an engineer, began serving on HQC's Supervisory Board in April 2021 and is currently the Deputy Head of Construction Management at Hoang Quan Group. Notably, neither Mr. Tuấn nor Ms. Thủy currently holds HQC shares. Similarly, Duc Long Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (ticker: DLD) announced receipt of a resignation from board member Mr. Võ Mộng Hùng for personal reasons. The resignation will take effect from the date of the company's 2026 annual general meeting. DLG plans to hold the meeting on May 17 in Gia Lai. Mr. Võ Mộng Hùng, 52, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a junior certificate in Transportation. He has been part of the Duc Long Gia Lai ecosystem since 2008 as Deputy Director of Duc Long Gia Lai Public Works Development Company. In June 2020, he was elected to the DLG Board and has served since. He currently does not own any DLG shares. DLG nominated Mr. Pham Van Binh for a seat on the Board for the 2022-2027 term. Following that, DLG added documents to the AGM submission regarding the candidacy of Mr. Pham Van Binh for the Board seat for the 2022-2027 term. Mr. Pham Van Binh, 60, holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics. According to the filings, he previously served as Deputy Chief of Office of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee (2010-2016), then headed the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Economic Zone Management from 2016-2020. From 2020 to June 2025, he served as Director of the Gia Lai Department of Industry and Trade. He currently holds no management position at any organization. Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate and Trading Corporation (TTC Land - SCR) also underwent leadership changes after relieving a Deputy General Director from the 8X generation. TTC Land announced the dismissal of Deputy General Director Nguyen Thi Nghi. Nghi, 44, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
