TAL Education Group (“TAL” or the “Company”) (NYSE: TAL), a smart learning solutions provider in China, announced that it will release its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 ended February 28, 2026, before the market opens on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
The Company will host a corresponding conference call and live webcast at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 p.m. Beijing Time) on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
Participants must pre-register for conference call participation at https://dpregister.com/sreg/10208034/103bc38d804. After registration, attendees will receive an email with participant dial-in numbers, a passcode, and a unique access PIN to enable immediate access to the call. Pre-registration is available at any time, including up to and after the call start time.
