Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, is set to launch its spring Paper Clover fundraiser, a biannual campaign that has generated millions of dollars in scholarships for 4-H youth. From April 17 through May 3, customers can purchase a paper clover at checkout in Tractor Supply stores nationwide or online at TractorSupply.com.
The Tractor Supply Company Foundation has announced a bonus competition for the 2026 spring Paper Clover campaign. On Saturday, April 25, local 4-H organizations will participate in Tractor Supply stores nationwide for Demo Days and will compete for additional grants based on their state’s average fundraising performance.
Demo Days are designed to give customers an opportunity to test zero-turn and riding mowers in stores nationwide. On Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., customers can shop Tractor Supply’s biggest lineup of zero-turn and front engine mowers ever and take them for a spin through a parking lot obstacle course.
Customers who test drive a mower will receive a free Tractor Supply hat, while supplies last.
Tractor Supply said the Paper Clover campaign supports the future of agriculture through 4-H programs across the country. The company and 4-H have raised more than $26 million for the nation’s youth, and the fundraiser is now in its 16th year.
According to Tractor Supply, the campaign strengthens educational programs for 4-H members, including hands-on career and life skills projects, leadership and public speaking training, learning from industry leaders, and development of skills for leadership roles.
During the 2024 Paper Clover fundraiser, Tractor Supply raised over $2.3 million for 4-H youth nationwide. The company said 90% of donations directly support 4-H youth in the state where the donations were made, while the remaining 10% supports national 4-H programming.
Heather Elliott, Chief Development and Marketing Officer at National 4-H Council, said Demo Day events bring communities into Tractor Supply stores and make it easier to support 4-H youth. She linked the campaign to 4-H’s Beyond Ready initiative, which aims to prepare 10 million young people for work and life.
4-H is described as America’s largest youth development organization, empowering nearly six million young people. Its research-based programming includes agriculture, health, science, and civic engagement, along with guidance and lifelong skills for success in college and career. In 2024, 4-H launched Beyond Ready to help 10 million youth become ready for life and work by 2030.
