According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quảng Ninh, during the first two days of the holiday (April 30 and May 1), the province welcomed about 600,000 visitors. Domestic arrivals were about 583,800 and international arrivals about 16,200. The number of overnight stays reached about 250,000, while total tourism revenue was about VND 1.86 trillion.

The province’s tourism appeal this year is linked to a series of cultural and sports events. On the evening of April 30, Van Don Special Zone opened the 2026 coastal tourism festival themed “Van Don Awakening Summer.”
