From July 1, 2026, the monthly pension, social security allowances and monthly allowances for the subjects defined in Points a, b and c of Clause 1, Article 1 of Decree No. /2026/ND-CP shall be increased by 4.5% and 200,000 VND per month. Specifically: Monthly pension, social security allowances and monthly allowances from July 2026 = the June 2026 amount × 1.045 + 200,000 VND. b) An 8% increase on the monthly social security allowance and monthly allowances for the subjects defined in Points h, i and k of Clause 1, Article 1 of Decree No. /2026/ND-CP. Specifically: Monthly social security allowance and monthly allowances from July 2026 = the June 2026 amount × 1.08. 2. From July 1, 2026, the monthly pension, social security allowances and monthly allowances for the subjects described in Clause 2, Article 1 of this Circular shall be adjusted as follows: a) For those whose pension, social security allowance, monthly allowance after applying the adjustment under Clause 1, Article 2 is less than or equal to 3,500,000 VND/month, the monthly amount shall be increased by 300,000 VND: Monthly pension, social security allowances and monthly allowances from July 2026 = pension after adjustment under Clause 1, Article 2 + 300,000 VND. b) For those whose pension after adjustment under Clause 1, Article 2 is greater than 3,500,000 VND/month but less than 3,800,000 VND/month, the monthly amount shall be adjusted to 3,800,000 VND/month: Monthly pension, social security allowances and monthly allowances from July 2026 = 3,800,000 VND/month. From July 1, 2026, the monthly pension and monthly allowances for the subjects described in Clause 1 shall be adjusted by 8% on the June 2026 level: Monthly pension from July 2026 = June 2026 amount × 1.082.
