An art experience event titled “Dialogue” will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Diamond Hall (4th floor) in The One, Hanoi. Meyland Real Estate Group (MEYGROUP) will officially present the program “Dialogue - Between Symbol and the Flow of Heritage” as part of the Rivea Residences project. The event is expected to attract about 1,000 guests and marks a milestone for Rivea Residences, the twin-tower icon in central Hanoi.
“Dialogue” is designed to open a multi-faceted discussion on culture, architecture, and contemporary living. The event will feature NSND Le Khanh, a leading voice on Hanoi culture, alongside a presentation from Belt Collins (Hong Kong), the international design consultants for the project.
Attendees will also enjoy art performances and stage directions intended to deepen inspiration. The program includes a flute-saxophone duet and songs about Hanoi and love, reimagined in contemporary arrangements by Hà Lê and Bùi Lan Hương.
Prizes with a total value of up to VND 1.8 billion will be awarded to lucky attendees.
At the experiential space, the event will feature a lobby display and two large LED screens inspired by the twin-tower imagery, creating a visual concept in which the buildings appear to “converse” through form, motion, and light. The performances, exchanges, and staging are described as a synthesis of high-quality sound, multi-dimensional visuals, and impactful direction.
The program will unfold in three chapters: “Presence,” “Dialogue,” and “Elevation,” guiding attendees through layered emotional experiences. Visitors will also be able to hear behind-the-scenes stories about the project, including culture, architecture, reflections, and how people live, connect, and find balance in a modern city.
Rivea Residences is presented as a space where each home opens a private dialogue between people and the city, drawing on the currents that have shaped Hanoi. The “Dialogue” event is positioned as a gathering point for listening, sharing, and harmonizing—where modern architecture meets heritage and the evolving urban landscape.
The project’s philosophy of “pure real estate” emphasizes balance among architecture, nature, and people, a principle described as underpinning both Rivea Residences and the upcoming “Dialogue” program.
