On May 7, 2026, Vinpearl Joint Stock Company signed memoranda of understanding with Thomas Cook India, SOTC Travel and MakeMyTrip. The agreements were signed at the Vietnam-India Business Forum during the state visit of General Secretary and President To Lam to India, and were witnessed by Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis.
The MoUs aim to directly reach all customer segments, cultivate demand for travel, discovery and experiences, and progressively position Vietnam as a “preferred destination” for India’s 1.47 billion people.
The agreements involve three market-access channels from India:
