Au Lac Group has increased its stake in Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) to more than 5%. On March 26, Ms. Nguyen Thien Huong Jenny purchased 931,700 shares of ACB (HOSE: ACB), bringing the Au Lac–linked group’s total holding to 5.01%.
Ms. Nguyen Thien Huong Jenny raised her holding from 77.9 million shares (1.517%) to 78.84 million shares (1.53%). Using the March 26 average price of ACB at 23,458 VND per share, the purchase is estimated to have cost nearly 22 billion VND.
