Hanoi Oriental is located in the Gia Lâm administrative center and benefits from synchronized infrastructure in the East, gradually forming a modern living space with a full set of amenities within walking distance.
Situated in Quarter Q5 on Nguyen Mau Tai Street (Gia Lâm), Hanoi Oriental is positioned near ecological lakes, beside Gia Lâm Grand Park, and close to the administrative center.
As East Hanoi develops into a focal area through infrastructure upgrades and planning, the choice of where to live is shifting toward urban areas that can meet daily needs within close reach. This is helping redefine Hanoi’s living standards, with residents able to access a broader ecosystem with just a few steps.
A key advantage highlighted for Hanoi Oriental is its “green living privilege.” Within a few minutes’ walk, residents can reach a 6.1-hectare seawater lake complex and a 24.5-hectare Ngoc Trai Lake.
The project also borders Gia Lâm Park, covering 31 hectares, including two regulation lakes of 9ha and 19.2ha (Phase 1 completed). When the full park is operational, the area is expected to function as a “green lung” for the East, supporting improvements to the microclimate, quality of life, and regional property values.
Beyond the landscape, the area is described as having an integrated education framework. Hanoi Oriental is adjacent to VinUniversity and Vietnam National University of Agriculture, with convenient access to feeder schools in the area such as Trung Thành Primary School, Co Bi Secondary School, and Cao Bá Quát High School, among others.
Hanoi Oriental is also near administrative offices and healthcare facilities, forming a broader ecosystem of public utilities for residents. From the project, residents can reach administrative agencies including People’s Committees, police at all levels, regional tax offices, and other administrative hubs within minutes—supporting shorter time for procedures and adding daily convenience.
In healthcare, facilities mentioned include Gia Lâm General Hospital, Vinmec, and a system of clinics and local medical centers.
The project is also near a technology hub and key economic zones, including the 45-story TechnoPark tower, which brings together business communities and senior professionals. This is positioned as helping residents optimize commuting time while supporting the area’s living value and investment sustainability.
While external amenities provide “positioning advantage,” the internal “all-in-one” living facilities are presented as defining the day-to-day experience at Hanoi Oriental.
With a scale of 8.3 hectares, the project includes 201 residential products of low-density upscale housing: 185 townhouses and 16 villas. It is planned with a multi-layer smart layout designed to optimize residents’ experience—offering private living space without isolation, described as a refined and balanced “Oriental” standard.
According to the plan, Hanoi Oriental features rows of townhouses along main 22-meter avenues, forming shopping and service areas with options for fashion and high-end dining. Between townhouse rows, green landscapes are integrated with internal parks, children’s playgrounds, schools, and modern sports facilities.
In the context of Hanoi’s eastward urban shift, the “all-in-one” city model is described as a new living standard. With its strategic location, a multi-billion-dollar ecosystem of amenities, and a coordinated masterplan, Hanoi Oriental is presented as an example of a complete city concept—where living experiences are designed to be accessible within walking distance.

Premium gym chains are entering a “golden era” that is ending or already in decline, as rising operating costs collide with shifting consumer preferences toward more flexible, community-based ways to exercise. Long-term memberships are shrinking, margins are pressured by higher rents and facility expenses, and competition from smaller, more personalized…
