At the ceremony, Mr Nguyen Minh Tam – Deputy General Director of SACOMBANK – said: “During the research and understanding process, we found that individual businesses and micro businesses are highly diverse in size and form of operation. Therefore, SACOMBANK has delved into analyzing the characteristics of each group and built specialized solution packages based on the principles of: easy-to-understand processes, devices that are easy to use, simple operations, and cost optimization.” Concurrently, SACOMBANK has proactively coordinated with tax authorities in several localities including Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang, An Giang, Ca Mau, Dak Lak, etc., to implement activities to disseminate tax policies; and guide registration, declaration, and use of electronic invoices, including electronic invoices with tax authority codes and those generated from cash registers. Importantly, SACOMBANK will deploy staff to provide on-site consultation and accompany micro businesses, narrowing the gap between policy, technology, and practice. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Mai Son – Deputy Director of the Tax Department – emphasized that the ongoing policy improvement and enhancement of tax administration aims to create maximum convenience for taxpayers, especially the micro-business sector. In recent times, the tax authority has undertaken many practical activities to ensure micro businesses understand and comply with new regulations. The collaboration is expected to continue delivering practical solutions, helping micro businesses comply with the new rules for declaring and paying taxes, while promoting cashless payments, structured financial management, transparency, and a foundation for stable development in the digital economy context. SACOMBANK said it will continue to invest in the ecosystem of micro-business solutions, and strengthen cooperation with tax authorities in communications, training, and practical guidance to help micro businesses gradually adapt to new requirements, reducing transfer pressures. The signing ceremony was connected online with 14 tax offices nationwide. In the long term, the collaboration is not only about improving compliance and transparency in the micro-business community, but also about opening opportunities for this sector to access formal financial services, thereby enhancing competitiveness, expanding scale, and achieving sustainable development. This represents SACOMBANK’s proactive role in linking policy with practice, contributing to a deeper and more effective national digital transformation. Minh Tai
