For 2026, Taseco Land plans to continue project development, completing and bringing key projects into operation. It also aims to develop up to five additional new projects, with a total anticipated land bank of about 300 hectares.

The company will also present a plan to issue 108 million bonus shares to increase equity from retained earnings. The issue ratio is 30%, equivalent to a rights issue of 10:3. Under the proposed terms, a shareholder holding one share will receive one right to receive shares, and every ten rights will entitle the holder to three additional shares.
The total value of the issuances at par is 1,080 billion VND, funded from accumulated share premium as of December 31, 2025, based on the 2025 audited financial statements and subject to compliance with applicable laws. The timing of the issue is expected during 2026.
Separately, Taseco Land plans to issue 10 million shares under an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) at an issue price of 10,000 VND per share. Implementation is planned for Q2–Q3 2026.
