On April 29, 2026, the tax offices of nine provinces in Vĩnh Long publicly disclosed information indicating that three individuals—legal representatives of companies in the area—have been placed under exit suspension for failing to fulfill tax obligations.
The notices also specify the amount of tax debt owed by each company corresponding to the individuals acting as legal representatives.
The tax authority stated that after 30 days from the date of the notice, if the companies have not settled their tax obligations, the tax administration will apply exit suspension to the legal representatives in accordance with the law on tax administration and exit/entry management.
