Venu Holding Corporation said its Luxe FireSuite and Aikman Club ownership programs have surpassed $255.9 million in sales since launch. The company also reported a sharp rise in inbound investor interest following the start of its nationwide NNN campaign on April 15.
Venu launched its nationwide NNN campaign on April 15 featuring three-time Super Bowl Champion, NFL Hall of Famer, and Venu shareholder Troy Aikman as national spokesperson. Since then, the company reported a 650% increase in inbound investor inquiries.
The company said the pace has accelerated. Since the campaign began across major networks including Fox Business, Fox News, CNBC, and Newsmax, as well as publications including The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s, Venu reported a 550% increase in inbound investor inquiries.
Venu said the results reflect strong national appetite for its recently launched $300 million Luxe FireSuite NNN inventory, which is available to investors across the country.
The company described the program as absolute NNN real estate backed by a corporate guarantee from the publicly traded company. It said the portfolio offers:

Venu said the Luxe FireSuite NNN portfolio spans its full development pipeline, including properties under development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; El Paso, Texas; McKinney, Texas; and Houston, Texas. The company said additional inventory is expected to become available across future properties as it expands its national footprint.
With a long-term goal of expanding to as many as 40 locations nationwide, Venu anticipates approximately $6 billion in venue development over the next 60 months. The company also cited a real estate portfolio independently appraised at $1.24 billion on an as-completed basis.
Venu said the Luxe FireSuite NNN program provides investors with a passive ownership stake in a company scaling its operations. The company directed readers to investvenu.com for information on the program and remaining availability.
